Engineering that shows up in the details
- Patented SUPERCOMPACT drive — the ground shaft and gear are coupled as a single piece, rather than joined with a separate drive key the way many rivals do it. A drive key is a weak point in both the shaft and the gear; removing it removes that weak point.
- Patented labyrinth seals, and bearings sealed on one side for balanced grease distribution and heat management.
- Fully in-house — design, manufacture and assembly all happen under one roof, with modular parts reused across the range and full part traceability.
- 100% tested — every unit is tested for noise, vibration and thermal performance, with a geometric test report issued per unit, not sampled.
Range
BMT 45, 55, 65, 75 and 85 (including Big Drive and EM variants), VDI 25, 30, 40, 50 and 60, cylindrical shanks from 20 to 108 mm, and machine-specific fixings for builders including Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, CMZ and Takamaz. The range covers straight, offset and double tool holders, 90° angle heads, fixed-angle and tiltable heads, saw, hobbing and slotting heads, and turret steady rests, plus static axial, radial, boring-bar and cut-off holders and custom specials. The polygonal C32–C63 quick-change interface (ISO 26623-1) supports speeds up to 12,000 rpm and internal coolant up to 80 bar.
