Warranty

Every Mario Pinto tool we supply carries a 2-year warranty.

What it covers

Unless your quote says otherwise, the warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that show up under normal use, for 2 years from delivery. If a covered tool fails in that time, we repair or replace it.

Claims come to us, not to the factory. Send the tool in for a free assessment and we'll confirm whether it's covered before any work starts.

Why we're comfortable offering it

Mario Pinto tests every unit before it leaves the factory — noise, vibration and thermal performance, with a geometric test report issued per unit. That's the same reason the SUPERCOMPACT drive and labyrinth seal design exist in the first place: build in reliability, then stand behind it.
