Special Tools
Mario Pinto's standard range covers BMT 45–85, VDI 25–60, cylindrical shanks from 20 to 108 mm, and machine-specific fixings for builders including Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, CMZ and Takamaz — but not everything is a catalogue part.
What we mean by "special"
- A non-standard output, ratio or coolant arrangement
- An unusual combination of interface and geometry
- A one-off for an older or less common machine
If your turret isn't Sandvik Capto, a bolt-on/BOT turret, or a Swiss-type machine (Citizen, Star) — the areas Mario Pinto's range doesn't cover — the answer is almost always still yes. Tell us what you need and we'll ask Mario Pinto's engineers in Turin.
How it works
Specials are quoted individually, since there's no catalogue price to start from. Expect it to take a little longer than a standard tool while we get a price and lead time from Italy, and we'll keep you posted rather than leave you guessing.
